ROSITA BORBOR
Rosita is such a blessing to Carlos and Jeanette's ministry team. She is a busy mother of five children. Rosita gave her life to Christ through Carlos and Jeanette’s ministry. She is eager to help with whatever is needed and keeps the Christian Community Center in good working order .
Rosita stays well connected with the community. She keeps Carlos, Jeanette and the entire ministry team aware of those who are in need, who are ill, who need prayer or assistance. Rosita is very trustworthy and handles high levels of responsibility well. Carlos and Jeanette depend on Rosita in many ways and appreciate her loyalty and excellent work for the ministry.
DARWIN GUZMAN ESCALANTE TOMALÁ
Darwin is Rosita’s husband and just as his wife, is always willing to help in any capacity. During the pandemic, when food was not reaching the coastal villages, Darwin and Rosita packed and delivered food to those identified by the village Presidents as most in need.
Darwin is also an accomplished artist, who carves vegetable ivory figurines from Tagua nuts that are found on Ivory Palm trees. His carvings are beautiful and are naturally sustainable products. |
CESAR ALBERTO GUERRERO VELASTEGUI
Cesar has come along side Carlos and Jeanette to deliver the Good New of Jesus Christ through adult and family Bible Studies. Two studies are held on Thursday, children's Bible study on Friday and Worship service for all is held on Sunday. As well as the above, Cesar is engaging in home visitation, providing prayer and needed spiritual support for the community.
As well as his work with the adult and family ministry, and community visitation, Cesar is assisting Andy to meet the needs of the growing children's and youth ministry. We are so thankful Cesar has joined Carlos and Jeanette's ministry Fundación Manos Ayudando Al Ecuador and are praying for an increase in the spread of the Gospel in the area. ANDY FLOREANOS
Andy has been a part of the ministry since he attended Bible study as a young boy. Andy accepted Christ as his Savior, learned and grew in his love and knowledge of the Lord. Andy leads Bible study for the children and youth groups. Andy is also attending University through online studies. Andy is a a true joy and asset to the ministry.
